Houseboats of Bangladesh accepts various payment methods to make your booking experience convenient and secure. This page outlines our payment terms, accepted methods, pricing structure, and security measures to protect your financial information.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Mobile Financial Services

  • bKash (Send Money)

Note: Please add bKash charge with the payment amount. Contact us for payment details.

Bank Transfer

Bank transfer is available for bookings. Contact us for bank account details.

Cash Payment

Remaining balance can be paid in cash on trip day (for confirmed bookings only)

  1. Select your houseboat package and desired dates
  2. Review booking details and total amount
  3. Complete advance payment via bKash/Bank Transfer
  4. Share transaction ID with our team
  5. Receive booking confirmation via email or phone

4. Pricing & Fees

What's Included

  • Houseboat accommodation for selected duration
  • Basic amenities as listed in package description
  • All applicable taxes (VAT included)

Additional Charges

  • Food and beverages (unless specified in package)
  • Special services or requests
  • Damages or excessive cleaning fees
  • bKash transaction charges (if applicable)

Note: All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Deposit & Balance Payment

Full Payment Option

Pay the full amount at the time of booking to confirm your reservation instantly.

Partial Payment Option

  • Advance: Pay 50% to confirm your booking
  • Balance: Remaining 50% can be paid while checking in

6. Currency

All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) - ৳. If paying from abroad, exchange rates are determined by your bank or payment provider at the time of transaction.

7. Payment Security

Your payment security is important to us:

  • Trusted Platforms: Payments are made through bKash or direct bank transfer
  • Verification: All bookings and payments are verified before confirmation
  • Transaction Records: Keep your transaction ID as proof of payment

We will never ask for your bKash PIN via email or phone. Always verify our official number before making payments.

8. Payment Disputes & Refunds

Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of the transaction
  • Provide your booking reference and transaction details
  • We will investigate and respond within 3-5 business days

Refunds

Refunds are processed according to our Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
