- Complete payment via mobile banking (bKash/Nagad)

4. Pricing & Fees
What's Included
- Houseboat accommodation for selected duration
- Basic amenities as listed in package description
- All applicable taxes (VAT included)
Additional Charges
- Food and beverages (unless specified in package)

- Damages or excessive cleaning fees
- Payment processing fees (varies by payment method)
Note: All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5. Deposit & Balance Payment
Full Payment Option
Pay the full amount at the time of booking to confirm your reservation instantly.
Partial Payment Option
- Deposit: Pay 50% to confirm your booking
- Balance: Remaining 50% must be paid at least 3 days before check-in
- Failure to pay the balance may result in booking cancellation
6. Currency
All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) - ৳. If paying from abroad, exchange rates are determined by your bank or payment provider at the time of transaction.
7. Payment Security
Your payment security is our top priority. We implement the following measures:
- SSL Encryption: All payment data is encrypted using SSL/TLS technology
- Secure Gateways: We use trusted payment processors with PCI DSS compliance
- No Storage: We do not store your full payment card or MFS PIN details
- Transaction Monitoring: Real-time fraud detection and prevention
- Verification: All bookings are verified before confirmation
We will never ask for your password, PIN, or full payment card details via email or phone.
8. Payment Disputes & Refunds
Billing Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly:
- Contact us within 48 hours of the transaction
- Provide your booking reference and transaction details
- We will investigate and respond within 3-5 business days
Refunds
Refunds are processed according to our Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
